I have 2 yrs of Canadian experience working as Software Quality Assurance Specialist , and 2 yrs of foreign experience working as Software testing engineer.
I got the ITA in CEC category. While submitting the profile I had given the NOC as 2173 (skill level A) - software engineer . My work involve a lot of design , develop and implementation of automation framework and software test infrastructure. The minimum qualification at both companies were Bachelor's degree in computer engg and solid experience in computer programming.
Since part of my responsibilities including software testing all the responsibilities listed under NOC 2283- Skill level B (Information systems testing technicians )also matches with my experience. But the employment requirement for NOC 2283 is completion of college program.
I don't know if this will cause any confusion when cic process my application.
2173 Software engg
A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or mathematics
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
2283 -Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
In my case a university degree (minimum undergrad) was mandatory .

okay . The responsibilities listed in my experience letter matches with NOC 2173 and 2283 . Will that cause any issue? I had given 2173 and got the ITA.

Nop.
NOC codes doesn't have to be exact and there are high chances your duties will match more then one NOC code.
Chose one that you think it's suitable.
