Hey guys I have submitted my wife's passport to New Delhi office on 30th August 2012... 2 month over already waiting.
How much is expected time to wait before she gets her visa?
Is there any way we can contact newdelhi office and ask about the process?
Online status says medical received on so and so date.

You can try to ask the same question in the ND thread and you can have a look at the spreadsheet for new delhi VO to have a better idea... but it doesn't seem uncommon. ND asks for the passport at the very beginning of the process and they hold on to it until they finish the assessment.... so you might have to wait a little more. Fortunately ND is a fast VO, both from what it says on the website, and how quickly they issue visas... so you need to wait a little more, but it shouldn't be too long... for now nothing else to do.

I submitted my spouse passport to New Delhi office on 18th September 2012 and have not heard anything from them nor anything status change in eCAS...As per the spread sheets for New Delhi and other monthly spread sheets they estimate anywhere within 60-90 days to hear from New Delhi office after Passport Request and submission...You can send them email thru case specific email but I doubt they will respond back with any positive news..We need to keep patience and good luck....
