Urgent help needed

Hello. I have a question that cant seem to find answer to anywhere. Ive applied for Inland Spousal Sponsorship and already received my CSQ and finished my medical exam and everything. I have already applied for visitor extension once and was approved, however my TRV will expire in a month. What am i supposed to do? Should i just wait for the PR and do nothing about my TRV and visitor extension expiring?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
