I have not received my AIP yet and I cant stand the refund policy of college (cant risk such a huge amount)....I am thinking to defer but only can defer to Fall 2021 as I dont have my program on Jan 2021 intake....so problem is If I do defer and If I would receive my aip next week then what are the consequences I will face??

if your visa's validity period is one year, you'll be able to travel with that same study permit and a new LOA, that's what my school's immigration adviser said

once you get your full approval, you'll know.
travel before your studies start in september 2021.
so, if you get your visa this year that's valid until Sep 2021, you enter Canada say in August 2021 with a new LOA, and then once you're there you'll have to apply for SP extension

If u are going to get ur refund prior to decision of study permit then u have to keep undereye the deadline of ur college refund policy but if u got ur refusal after the deadline u definetly deserve refund
