Am enrolled for January 2020 intake in Canada....I got my offer letter on 25th of November 2019.... haven't got my GIC certificate yet....can I still apply for my Visa and will I get it in time before the term starts?

I did wired my funds for GIC on 29th November 2019.....all my documents for visa are ready...only GIC certificate is pending

GIC makes your profile strong. It would take atleast 5 days for the scotiabank to receive and probably a week for your certificate if they accept your wire. Did you contact the bank to confirm if they received the wire ?

Yes they have received the wire and told me that the GIC certificate will be generated soon....am worried about the visa application as it's SDS .....I got my offer letter very late....I hope it comes in time for my term

as far as I know, Dec 1st is the last date to submit applications for Jan 2020. Its written on the visa office instructions checklist.

But I received my offer letter from the college on 25th November 2019.....I got it very late

yes, you have to ask them for the next intake offer letter now.

Hi, We applied last August 2019 for May 2020 intake (1yr program) and got approved Sept 2019. I plan to extend to another 1yr program. My questions are do I need to pay for another biometrics and Medical for student permit extension?

Congrats bdw from where did u apply in india. I applied on 29thnov, bio on 4th, medical uploaded on 12th but no approval yet.
