Hello guys
I have applied for a sponsorship for my wife. She currently resides in America as an asylum seeker. She is a Turkish lady and when I applied, eventhough I stated that she resides in America she was called to the Canadian embassy in Ankara. Turkey. She can.not go to Turkey at the moment because of political reasons... Who do I contact so that they transfer her interview to new York Canadian embassy? Please help I only have 5 business days to reply to the email.
Thanks

You'll need to contact the visa office handling her application via email. Generally speaking interview locations cannot be moved and interviews must be attended in person.
@Mendebur I believe when you first submitted the application, you included documents to prove that she had claimed asylum in the US. Like scylla said, may be you should immediately email the visa office processing her application and tell them again that she is unable to travel to Turkey for an interview due to political reasons and that is the reason she had claimed asylum in the first place.
