I want to transfer my funds to my gic account but all banks are telling pan card is necessary for outward remittance that's why I applied for pan card but it will take a month so how I can handle the situation?

I think you can transfer funds to GIC using ICCI bank in India (my brother had the same case as your's and I think that's what my family did for him)

it might be worth checking
