I am a mix of sad and mad right now. My application package was returned to me. Please give me your insights as to what I could have possibly missed that CPC had to return my documents to me.
Background Story: Upon getting an advisory of marriage from the Philippines, my common law spouse found a second "void ab initial" marriage as he was unaware of it. To cut the story short, we have requested the actual marriage certificate from that and can prove it is fake since the signature is most obviously forged. Anyway, here is the letter that was sent by CPC:

Here are my attachments with my application in regards to the legal separation and explanation of the 2nd marriage:

Please, any insight as to why the application was returned even with these original notarized statutory declarations would be much appreciated. Please. Thank you.
Sir, I would say this is KARMA IN ACTION! I guess the women who were involved with in an adulterous relationship with (and claims your kid) scre*wed you up. At least find out if the child is yours. I am not sure about the legal certificate, because Philippines does not allow divorces.
I have to say, I love Philippines! :-*

Hi, sorry but I'n not sure how your comment helps. What my spouse did to find out if the child is his is not anyone's business and we know that Philippines does not allow divorce which is why we applied common law because I could not marry him.
The question is why this was returned and not what you think of the situation. Thank you.
I am sorry! But perhaps what you need is a good lawyer.
