Before I received the ITA my score was 465. I got 465 with 3 years experience. Now, shortly before I received the ITA, I changed the 3 years experience with 1-year experience and CRS was updated to 440. When I received the ITA, the letter is mentioning 465 instead of 440. Also, after I received the ITA, my only 1-year experience was transmitted and locked in the express entry profile.
So, should I continue my post-ITA form with 1-year experience or 3-year experience?

well this is a bit complicated issue, if your express entry profile score was 440 before ITA and the draw cut off was higher than 440 then you can't proceed because your score is recalculated during your application assessment and if the recalculation comes to below the cut off score of that round then your application would be rejected. Just my thoughts.

Okay then in my opinion you are fine, just explain this in LOE although I would suggest you to wait for opinion of senior members of the forum as well.
