Urgent Help Needed - please (B1 USA)?

I forgot to mention my B1 USA visa rejection in Schedule A form (2014 FWSP) - what should i do now....
Schedule A form question # 6 d & e

D says - have u ever been denied visitor or PR or Refuge or any other immigration visa by canada or any other country?
- I marked 'No' Am i safe to assume that the answer is 'No' to this - since B1 is a Business VISA

E says - ever been denied admission to canada or any other country -
- I marked as 'No' cause i was denied Visa (Business) but not admission.
Or shall i wait n see if they comes back to me & then i can stand by saying that it wasn't clear -

raise webform and inform them about these. wont be an issue, but do it quick. If IRCC finds it out first that's a misrep.
