I am a department manager at Walmart and which falls under Retail Salesperson (NOC 6211), I was wondering is this specific code eligible for the TR to PR Pathway program? I have been employed in this job code for close to 11 months and prior to that I had been working as Retail Salesperson (NOC 6421) for 6 months in work permit and 1 year 2 months in study permit. If the former doesn't count, will the latter count. Is anyone in the same boat as I am? Will not be eligible for TR to PR (non-health essential occupation) at all?

Yes you can apply. Doesn’t matter what position you are working in right now. The 1560 hours you are claiming for has to be in one of these occupations or combined with 2 more occupations mentioned in this list.
So in your case, you will have to focus on shouldering your experience in the NOC 6421

Unfortunately it's not, I happen to work on that NOC for about only 1250+ hours....looks like I have to let this one go and apply for CEC. Thank you for the reply though.
