PR cards and must be notarized. You might need to prove it along with a family tree. You will need other documents as well. Check visa office checklist for more details

1. Who are going to use for the 5 points? If it is grandmother, you will need either your fathers or mother birth certificate show her as their mother. You will need a copy of her PR card/Canadian Passport as well documents, i.e. tax, bill, medical visits to show that she is residing in Canada.

You really should read the answers you were given. You have to prove the relationship with documentation, birth certificates, school certificates, marriage certificates. CIC/CHC is not going to accept you just saying she is my grandmother.
