Hi,
I have a bit of an issue with the rule that states you need a PCC from every place you have stayed in for more than 6 months.
My family has been traveling and consequently they have been residing in three other countries. However since I was a student in India I was primarily resident in India (Non-NRI) I don't think I have stayed in any of these countries for more than 6 months. However I did have a long term family visa for them, so my question is do they ask for PCC from foreign lands as well. Esp in my condition where while I may not have physically been present for more than 6 months, but the only proof of that are entry and exit stamps and they are kinda faded, if you know what I mean.
When do they ask for PCC for application via NDVO and do they ask for PCC's from foreign countries as well???
Thanks
