Urgent help needad regarding Regina University

I have applied for Fall,2013 in University of Regina . I paid all the application fees and send the documents 27 Dec, 2012 & they reached on 02 Jan, 2013. I send the documents via DHL.

Already 5 days gone But unfortunately still my status in Regina Uni website is incomplete and document outstanding.

Now my question is after reaching the documents, how many days they usually take to update the status and document receive date?

Which course u applied to and specially I want to know in which format u send ur Recommendation Letter

In the Reference form available in their website or your own Reference letter on Letter head in sealed envelope ?

I applied through online for MS Computer Science. I used their Reference form given in their website. Any other format will not be accepted by Regina as valid Recommendation. And ofcourse in sealed envelope.

I send email describing the issue to their graduate office. They replied stating that, it takes around 2 weeks after receiving a complete package verified and updating status. But luckily the following day after email reply, they update my status as "Complete; Ready to review" including all my documents receive date.. ;D

So, guys don't worry if you face same kind of situation like me.
