Urgent Help need regarding Re-application for student permit

hello
i am a citizen of india
now temporary resident of australia
i have applied student visa for september intake 2018 on june 25th and refused on july 26th
reason for refusal: i didn't satisfy the case officer that i wil leave to india as a temporary resident
and my consultant said we can re-apply with a Letter of Explanation
i made a new application for student permit again on july 28th
i uploaded all the documents including Letter of explanation, there was a technical error in the site
my letter of explanation wasn't uploaded and i sumbitted the application
please guide me how to upload the Letter of Explanation

Just choose where your application is getting processed. Many applicants fill web form on almost daily basis. It's normal and not that complex process.

i dno at which office my application is getting processed.
is there any option to find which office is my application getting processed?
