Under CEC , all job duties should match as per HRSDC NOC code B requirement or some of as per requirement works.
and if some one is getting Minimum salary as per NOC code given minimum salary on work in canada website , that should not be problem under CEC .

As long as the job duties are in-line with the NOC code explained on HRSDC website you're fine, and as long as your minimum wage is in-line with your job, for example I was a web developer and I had $12 an hour, but HRSDC website had it's minimum wage at around $15. As long as it makes sense to you it will make sense to the VO. You can't be a scientist and receive $10.50 an hour.
It doesn't matter if you left the job. CEC is all about your previous experience not current.
Agree with 'nov1061'. However the point to note is that the purpose of the call would be verification of work (including period) in the qualifying 1 year for Canadian experience before the date of your application and not current period.
In Canadian experience class you are not bound even to remain in Canada, even though after AOR, even if when u don't have job, you could apply for a BOWP and stay in Canada, which many of applicants do.
But i applied on $12 per hour wage on NOC code 1215 B category and on workincanada website it shows minimum wage $12 in GTA area ( I am working in GTA) as per my NOC B code 1215. Does it will create any problem . VO will be satisfied or not . please help me ................please please.
Hi,
there's nothing to help you about. You're fine. The median wage is $12 in GTA and you've got it. The VO is usually concerned if there's some fishy, like a manager of a big company claims hourly wage 10.5$.
