I have a friend who made his landing in winter and applied for PRs for all of his family. Then he couldn't wait for their PRs, they returned back to dubai . Now, it's more than 6 months , I haven't received PR for his wife(only his eife didn't receive her pr).
How I can help them?
They want to return back to Settle here ?
What should he do to get his wife with them??

They can all come with their PR (those who got it). The wife needs to apply for a travel document at the embassy to enter.
Once in she'll have to call CIC and find out what happened or apply again to get the card issued.
