Hi All,

My dad is arranging for a gift deed in India for my proof of funds and I am in US. Do we need to submit a notarized version of gift deed? Because, I will also have to sign the notarized version and I am currently in US. Please let me know what needs to be done urgently!

Gift deed itself means it is on stamp paper and notarised

you can get it from parents which is notarised in India and then you can get your Notary done in your country. Both Notary can be different but to my opinion the Deed signed only by father will be okay.

Dear all,
My husband is the orinapr applicant, but, my mother is the one gifting us the money required for POF. Since she is not his immediate family member, but mine(secondary applicant), will it cause any trouble?
