Please advise me on this
While filling the additional family information form IMM 5406E it says that this must be filled by
1) Principal applicant
2) Spouse or common law partener
Now my question is while filling my form i shall write myself as applicant and my wife's name as spouse and below i shall fill my children details of my siblings
While filling this form for my spouse
Shall i still write my name in the column applicant and my wife's name in spouse's column or is it the way around.
What i think is one form myself as applicant with my parents and siblings details
Second form with my wife in applicant column and her parents and siblings

1. You fill out 1 5406 as the applicant, showing your spouse and your parents, brothers and sisters and parents as well as any children. Then your spouse fills out 1 5406 with her with her parents, you as spouse and her brothers and sisters.
I asked the same question a few days ago. I agree that on your wife's form, SHE is the applicant. Remember that your are BOTH applicants but YOU are the principal applicant.
