Urgent !!!! express entry profile issue

Hello Seniors,

I have a question regarding my express entry profile:

1- I had an express entry profile but withdrew it before ITA ( I did not get or accept any ITA) , now I am re-creating a new one. Should I answer "Yes" to "Has XXXX applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?" in my new express entry profile ?

2- I am currently studying in Canada, so I have a study permit. Should I put the UCI for my study permit in the express entry ? or they only need the UCI if I have applied for PR before ? or put UCI for my previously withdrawn express entry profile (even though I did not get ITA ) ?

3- Since I have already got ECA for my bachelors and I have added that to my education history. Should I mention my Canadian diploma that I am currently doing ? or leave it till I finish it since I am not getting points from it anyways ? ( I was thinking to write it in the personal history section if I got ITA before finishing the degree)

4- If I should add my currently in progress Canadian diploma , I will have to answer No for "Have XXX awarded a Canadian degree for this study period ?" ... but then it asks me if I did ECA for my Canadian diploma which does not make sense as there is no ECA for Canadian degrees. what should i do ?

1- No, a profile isn't an application. (But you've applied for a student visa?
2- Don't know
3- If you're not getting points for it, leave it to personal history and add it once you graduate if you hadn't received ITA by then.
4- you don't have to add it

Yes, I have a study permit and I have added my study permit UCI in my EE profile ... not sure if this is true or not
