Please response to this. Is there any rule by IRCC that your biometric and passport submission needs to be from same VAC?
The VACs of Dhaka, Bangladesh has been going through huge rush and there no slot left till January 7. The VAC of Sylhet and Chittagong Bangladesh will resume their operation from December 14. I want to know that, is there any rule by IRCC that can restrict me not to submit my passport there?

I am not an expert but you can give it anywhere in the world from what I have heard from credible sources, obviously domestic variance won't matter.

I just read a post on PBSCU group that biometric submission and passport submission should be in same VAC. Please check

I have checked it but there is no such thing there. Only a comment on my post with an SS of the reply. I believe, they will let us submit our passport there. They will charge with us 1077 BDT extra only. Let's see what happens. By Sunday everything will be crystal clear.
