My situation in brief: I applied for a bridging visa whilst applying for PR, it was denied. I’m travelling to the states tomorrow and returning in a fortnight to basically get my things in order and have already got a return flight booked to go home to the UK in January.
I came to Canada on the IEC in June 2016 do I already have a eTA? I’ve read conflicting things online & I consulted with two lawyers who told me different things. (1 said it only counts from entry from Dec 2016)
If I do need to reapply for an eTA - under the question “have you ever been refused a visa or permit etc” I assume I answer yes and explain in the additional details box???
Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!
