Help!
I received an email that said I have to pay the "Document Replacement Fee" for replacement COPRs.
I can't find where I do that. They referred me to this webpage: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en
I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything called, "Document Replacement Fee".
The only page that it might be is this one: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=18
- "Verify your status or replace an immigration document"
Google " Pay document replacement fee online Canada" click "pay your fees" select your country, select "other application abd services" then select "replace immigration documents"

This may be a silly question but why did anyone email you about this? What are the circumstances?
You can't get a "replacement" COPR document, only a "Verification of Status".

Ah.. Effectively they are saying that you have to pay to have them reissued as they have been lost BEFORE you have landed as a PR.
Sorry, I've never seen this requested before and have no idea about how to proceed. Best bet is to call the IRCC Call Centre or raise an urgent Case Specific Enquiry via the webform.

Thanks for the input.
I think we're ok now.
I'm actually communicating directly with the HK Visa Office by email and I think we're getting everything sorted out.
