my husband is currently overseas with an expired Pr card , had submitted his citizenship application prior to traveling and met his residency obligation , it will take 4 weeks to get a travel document to come to his citizenship interview and therefore he will not make it , can I go legally tor represent him instead of him to his interview with all his original documents , and explain to the officer the situation ? We don’t want to postpone his interview because he has only 75 days left in his residency obligation , is it allowed that I go to his interview instead of him ? If he signs a consent ?

Unfortunately there is no numberjust an email I don’t want to postpone the interview because it will postpone everything else ( oath) and he only has 80 more days left in his residency days in order to be able to come back again with another travel document
It's not a document review. It's called an interview for a reason. Perhaps something prompted the CO to get a sighting of your husband. Either way best to ask the authorities in this case as only they can decide if it's ok for you to proxy for your husband.

It’s a notice to do knowledge test/interview but his age is no test therefore it’s just the interview done normally after the test nothing out of the ordinary
I just checked no there’s no number it’s just an email address to ask them postpone the interview date and I don’t want to do that is it possible that I go to the Scarborough office ( address of interview) before the interview date and talk to them ?
If I remember correct there is also an `urgent` processing of PRTD. Let him reach out to his local VAC asap. Moreover, if his PRTD is approved, his residency obligation is waived-off / locked on the date of approval.
