Urgent !! Apply open work permit online

Hi Folks,

I am a convention refugee.
I have a work permit is about to end in early of 2019.
I wondering how I can apply work permit.
I already set up a GcKey account in my service in Canada.
And I start to apply but meet problem after log in:
Log in---> apply to come to Canada? ---- Ask for personal reference code, now I stuck here.

Is anyone know how to renew it?

What should I choice for this question because I already got accept and living in Canada:

I have question~~~ I cannot select the More than 6 moths!
If I can apply Canada travel ID, is that mean I can answer the question" Select the code that matches the one on your passport. " as a Canada? But I haven't apply yet coz I did not plan to travel outside of Canada.
