Urgent advice needed - Cant obtain reference letter

Hi Guys,

I am unable to obtain reference letter from current employer as it would raise red flags and jeopardize my position.Could you please advice if the following supporting's would suffice:-
1. Job Contract
2. Email offer letter
3. Salary slips (6 months stamped)
4. Bank statements (6 months reflecting salary being hit every month)
5. Employment Certificate (stating current job status, doj, salary, job title)
6. Job Description on company letter head and stamped

Please advice if the above would work ?

If job description is same as your NOC then it will suffice .

Yes, my official company JD = my job title = NOC code selected.
