Urgent advice got IELTS overall band 6.5 but in two module 5.5

Hello,
I am from bangladesh (non-sds country). I got 120 score in Duolingo English test and applied for MSc in Bishop's University and got offer letter with that. Recently, I got my ielts result, overall 6.5 but listening and writing both 5.5.
Will there be any issue in getting my study visa at the Canadian Embassy because of this IELTS result?
N.B. For my masters I will get fund from University.

It may be an issue because your IELTS scores are low. You will not know until you apply and get a response.

Many people suggest me for non-sds country it Won't be an issue. But I am confused. Shall I take the test again?

You can try your luck in non-sds with this score, however, you should improve it if it doesn't affect your processing time.

Hard to say. Generally for a master's program IRCC is looking for all four scores to be 6.5 or higher.
