Uploading to my CIC

So, I just uploaded a document about our progress in obtaining the police clearance (which we are waiting on). I am now worried because there is no link to upload the actual document once it arrives. Does anyone know how this works? Do we now need to mail a paper copy once it arrives? Or will someone go in and see that the actual police clearance is still missing and provide another link?

Well i guess it is mentioned on email they gave you. In my case, it was mention to mail it to Vegrevile office since i live in Alberta.. but for other document, also on email, mentioned the link we could upload..

Yes - I used the link mentioned in the email, but now it is gone since I already uploaded a document

But the email still there right?
You can click it again. I tried 3 times to upload additional documents- just make sure, it will be delivered

Maybe I'm not sure which email you are talking about....I used a link that was in myCIC

Sorry for confusing- yes it's kinda a notification came from CIC and attached to your CIC account (tht what i experienced)

If you already used the link to upload a document, send the other doc in by physical post. Don't wait for them to give you another link because it'll take forever.

Well - it could be another month until we actually get the police clearance. Do you think another link will eventually occur? (I guess if it is there when I get the form, I will use it, and if not, I will send it via snail mail......Just worry about it ever getting linked back up with our file)

You probably won't get another link unless your VO is super efficient. Just send registered post once you get your PC and that way you'll know it reached the VO. Then, email the VO to confirm that the doc has been received and uploaded to your file.

How do I email the VO directly?

Check on this forum for posts about your VO and you'll find the email address somewhere.
