Hi,
So my wife received an email from immigration requesting some additional documents like Shecudle A form, some photos and a couple forms. When we creating her online account and linked the application it doesn't show any required documents on the website so it doesn't give the option to upload them. How can we upload those additional documents from online ? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
you dont upload until you get a request on that page
but i have a deadline of april. how else can i submit my documents
That's the applicant account, PR app and not OWP? That's strange. If you can't submit it that way, I guess send it via webform?
