uploading bio metric payment receipt to ircc web forms U

Hi all

i am applicant applied under Sponsor-spouse , i have received e mail regarding paying bio metric fee and upload receipt in ircc web forms , the letter i have received in email contains the line 'this letter refers to your application for permanent residence'... now which category must i select to upload receipt on IRCC web forms,, if answer is sponsorship spouse then what to put in 'enquirer information' applicant/sponsor?

There are three option in 'Relationship to applicant (required) ', Sponsor,applicant and representative
e.g:
Enquirer Information>Relationship to applicant (required) >Sponsor?
we have to select Sponsor here?
