I need PCC for my citizenship application as I was outside Canada for more than 184 days. My question is-
If I submit my citizenship application today, can I upload my PCC after two months? And what sort of reason could i give?
If not, Can I apply for citizenship after 2 months whilst being outside? If yes how would the physical presence work since it asks eligibility just day before signing?
(I have to leave Canada on May 1 due to family emergency, wanted to apply for citizenship before leaving?)

Your application might get returned without PCC. If it does not you can upload the PCC via webform.
Online application expects you to be in Canada while submitting application.
In past applicant have shown they in Canada and submitted it and have buffer physical presence days. Explain you doing it outside of Canada via letter of explanation.
