upload issues on canada trv

hello everyone
i want to apply for canada visitor visa.i apply online for this.upload all documents but in Proof of finically suppourt i can’t upload documents in it because my file is of 20mb and try to reduce it but can’t reduce than 8 mb how can i upload all documents
please help me

whats the format of the file? If its JPEG try converting it to pdf.
