IRCC has requested for some documents related to my previous employment.
I am unable to find an upload option under the Documents submitted by the client section.
I was following this guide for uploading the documents https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1310&top=23

Is this the right way of uploading the documents ? The alternative is the web form portal, which doesn't make a processing time guarantee.

I need to submit the documents by end of next week. What should I do in this case ?
