I just submitted my application today and got AOR message. After that, I realized that the FBI PCC that I uploaded failed to capture the big emblem in the background of the report. I used my friend's address in the US for faster delivery and he scanned it for me. Shortly after I submitted the e-Apr, he sent me a photo of the report which has a huge emblem but the scanned copy doesn't show it at all because it is very light. I have spent so much time gathering my documents and I am afraid that this PCC thing may cause a problem. My question is that if I can or should upload another adjusted scan through Webform. If I don't, they will request another copy or just a straight rejection?

It's really hard to say whether they will reject your application or ask for a newer version. I will suggest you to upload the new version using CSE. You can also wait for other's comments
Send it via CSE if you feel uncomfortable. No problem any ways. If CIC feels that your scan is not legible, they would request for another one, they won't reject you.
