I submitted EE application and got AOR recently. At the time of submitting my application, I did not have my Masters Degree so I could not upgrade my ECA report before submitting. Yesterday I received my degree certificate. Should I go ahead and get my ECA report updated or should I wait for the visa officer to request me to upgrade my report?
