Upfront medicals for kids

What does the medical for eAPR (post Express Entry ITA) for kids involve? I called up the clinic and they weren't very specific on the same.
Will they be pricking my little one and taking a XRay?
Also I asked them if they will share a copy of the reports - to which they refused.

The above link clearly mentions "If you want a copy of your medical exam, please ask the doctor when you are there."

Kids go through standard OPD, no blood samples and no X-rays.
