Hi, so a month back ircc had requested me for my medical along with my family excluding my new born baby. We decided to get his upfront medical done along with ours. Now the situation is that we have all cleared our medical but ircc has now requested for my new born babies medical. The panel physician says that another medical cannot be done as this one is valid for 12 months. So how do i adjust this with that???

You can send same medical sheet and ask doctor to make you a letter and explain in that letter. If nothing works, you can change doctor and see if they can do another medical exam .
