I am really hopeful (and equally excited) that I will get ITA in next draw considering my CRS. I want to apply as soon as I get ITA. Please guide on how can I get upfront medical and is it ok to get upfront medical? I am from Pakistan. Any cic page which lists certified medical centers?
As FSW(outland) my upfront medical category is non-EDE family right?
Does it matter if as a family we have our medicals done on different date? say a week apart?
Do i need my express entry profile number for medical as i dont have UCI no?wondering how CIC will trace the report from the clinic.
UCI is Unique Client Identification number not the same as an application number. If you have ever applied for any visas or permits before to Canada, they create a new file for you and it will be provided on the approval or refusal letters.
If you haven't applied for anything before, then you don't get this number.

Should be non-EDE Worker. If you do not have a UCI the clinic will give you an eMedical info sheet printout with a UMI number. Scan this and upload it with your application. CIC will use that to check your medicals. I think they can also cross-reference using your passport number, but I'm not sure.
