I have submitted my application for study permit at VFS Mumbai, India with upfront medical form included (with UCI no). Recently I have got an automated mail to submit my medical exam form with new UCI number printed on it (different from upfront medical form) .
I linked my paper based application to online application portal and there the status is showing-> Review of medical examination: Passed.
