Upfront medical for PR

Hi.

I'm currently under PR processing since last month. And I have just done a upfront medical exam for 1 year visitor extension as required.

At this moment, should I send the exam certificate to CIC? If so, how can I send that to CIC? (from physically mail or email?)

Or I should just wait until they request?
