Hi guys
Can you do upfront medical exam after submitting the application? how to submit to CIC after that?
 
you can, but please don't. It will only complicate your file and possibly delaying it. It will not speed up process, unless you have legit reasons (e.g. doing it for another CIC application)

Ask your doctor to provide emedical sheet after your exam and raise case specific enquiry, if you insist
 
I am inland applicant and I phoned the closest medical exam center (listed on CIC) and asked for an up-front medical but they said it is no longer available for PNP paper based applicants. I don't know about other medical exam center though. I would just wait for medical request.

U are right. I checked with Immigration Resource Center and they said same. Again, there was post somebody tried to do upfront medical and did a wrong one LOL :D :D :D

My suggestion ;D Do not create a bike when Germans already a motorcycle. In other words wait for med request. I am waiting for med request as well
