Upfront medical exam for CEC?

I am October 2014 CEC applicant and expect to get medical request June 2015. As I probably won't be here in Canada in June I am wondering is it possible to do medical for CEC upfront(before they request) and what is the procedure? Has anyone with CEC done it this way?

You can also do your medicals anywhere abroad (must be done by panel physician designated by the CIC though).
