Upfront Medical Exam For Application

Hi,

I got an upfront medical exam before I started my express entry for permanant resident visa application online, I have been through all the parts of it but I cant find anywhere to submit my exam information. The only sections are

Personal Details
Contact Details
Study and languages
Application Details
Representative
Work History

On the canada visa website it says "If you apply online, you must upload that form before you can submit your application."

I have submitted this application without this information but I am worried I should also submit my medical information here too somewhere and I have missed it. Or maybe I have to submit it another way?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind, I just realised I I probably dont need to do it while I am only a candidate and will need to submit it when I get asked to apply.

Please note that medical report is need post ITA invitation only ... and medical is valid for 1 year ... Plan accordingly..
