I came to Canada on Feb 12, 2023 and I got promoted in October 1, 2023. In the work experience section do I update this as -
Feb to September - Old designation and October to Present - Current Designation OR,
Feb to Present - Current Designation

Although the TEER has not changed the NOC as provided by company slightly varies. However, both fall under General Category (Not STEM). How should I update my Express Entry Profile in this case?
