Updating IELTS Results after ITA

Hello, experts.

Need your advise.
Here are the details

Previous IELTS Result Date : February First Week 2015

Profile created : January Second week 2016

PNP Received : Dec First Week 2016

ITA received : Around Dec 17 2016

New IELTS Score Received : Around Dec 10 2016. The new results are almost similar and will not change my minimum eligibility or Express Entry points.

I have not accepted the ITA yet.

Though the profile would have expired in Jan 2017 (after one year), since I received ITA , the profile is still active.

I am gathering documents before I go for ITA acceptance and e-APR. This may take longer than Feb First week 2017 when my old IELTS (that I have in my profile as of now) expires.

Is it possible for me to update my new IELTS scores before accepting ITA? Will it change or affect anything?

Or do I need to reject ITA, and let the profile expire and create a new one and wait for new ITA?

Please suggest.

Enter new ILETS scores and write a LOE. You don't have much to worry about, as long as you don't drop below the minimum cut off score.
