Update the NOC code after receiving ITA ?

I received a closed work permit in 2023 under NOC code 2173, which has since been updated to NOC code 21231 (Software Engineers and Designers).
However, in my Express Entry profile, I accidentally selected NOC code 21232 (Software Developers and Programmers) because I wasn't aware of the NOC code used when my work permit was issued. The NOC code isn't listed on my work permit, but I confirmed the correct NOC code with my employer during the recent visa extension process.

Now that I've received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under Canadian Experience Class (CEC), can I correct the NOC code in my Express Entry profile to match the one on my work permit when I submit my final documents?

Yes, you can and you should. It won't have any impact on you if you are not invited via NOC specific draw.
