I need your help. I received my AIP for September 2020. When I mailed to college for online classes registration, they said that registration for online study is over and you were late. So, I deffer to Special Intake which is 10 November intake.I received revised offer letter of 10 November intake. I just want to know that should I update embassy about my deffer status and Should I upload my new revised offer letter on portal through which I submitted my visa file (i.e. IRCC portal).

If you start in November, I think you do not need to update info.
As for myself, I deferred my studies and research to January and informed IRCC through web form about this + attached an updated LOA.
