Update EE profile with new IELTS score

I have completed my IELTS and the score is not up to the level of satisfaction. Having a plan to do it again.I am going to create EE profile with the available score. My question is about the possibility of updating the IELTS score in Future. Or I have to wait till I get good score to create EE profile?
