I am looking for help regarding a change in my current open work permit.
I have an open work permit through a Pilot Project for long-haul truck drivers. Since I am a medical radiation technologist I now that I was in need of a medical exam before being able to work at a hospital. I have done a up front medical exam (a week ago) and waiting for CIC to go through the exam info, which I have been told would take 2-6 weeks.
In the meantime I am trying to figure out how to get the restriction off my present workpermit. CIC have told my by phone that I should apply for it online.
Have anyone here tried this online, and if so could you please help me out. I have found the IMM5710 as used for mailing in, and I suppose it is quite the same online.
Since I already have the open workpermit and "only" need to change the conditions with the medical exam, would I still have to pay the full amount for a new workpermit?
