Unsure how to answer

Hello, Canadian Employer here, on the IMM 5983 Offer of Employment, in section two there is a new question added to this updated version: "How did you find the Caregiver you want to hire?"... I obviously want to answer truthfully, but don't know how to give an appropriate answer.. I met the candidate caregiver on an online Gay social chat site, After regular chatting, and getting to know him, he indicated he was considering attending a caregiver course and then seeking to work overseas. I then explained to him my need for a support worker, and I subsequently offered him employment to which he accepted after completing his Caregiver Course.. How to I explain all that to IRCC, in answering the question, without it becoming a big problem? Anybody out there have this issue?

It would be best to find an Employer in Canada who can offer you a job. Most of the HCCP/HSWP applicants have applied through their Relatives in Canada who have become Employers for them.

The rest of the job offers are with Immigration Consultants.
